1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
- Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase.
- The watch must be unused, undamaged, and unscratched.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories included.
- Any item found damaged, used, or altered will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
2. Return Shipping Policy
- Customers are responsible for returning the product at their own expense.
- The parcel must be sent via a traceable courier service (courier or registered post).
- Delivery charges are non-refundable.
RoyalDials will not be responsible for lost return parcels without tracking.
3. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund request will be processed within 2–3 working days.
- Refund will be issued through the original payment method or bank transfer (as agreed).
- Processing time may vary depending on banking procedures.
4. How to Return Your Order
